Participants’ Image Rights
By participating in the online courses organized by janine-gallizia.com, each participant expressly agrees to the recording, capturing, and use of their image (including their face, voice, and any other identifiable personal characteristics) as part of these sessions. The recorded images may be used by janine-gallizia.com for educational, promotional, commercial, or archival purposes, including live broadcasts, on-demand streaming, or recorded materials made available to other users or sold to the public.

This consent includes the right for janine-gallizia.com to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, modify, and exploit the recorded images without any limitation in duration, territory, or medium (print, digital, audiovisual, etc.). The participant waives any claim to compensation or remuneration for these uses.

License for Use of Participants’ Artwork
Participants retain the intellectual property rights to the artwork they create during the online courses. However, by participating, they grant janine-gallizia.com a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Reproduce, display, and distribute their artwork as part of the online courses, on associated platforms, and for any commercial or promotional use related to these courses.

• Incorporate their artwork into educational materials, recorded videos, archived catalogs, or any other promotional content.

Protection of Participants’ Rights
janine-gallizia.com commits to not associating participants’ artwork with any misuse or prejudicial purpose that could harm their reputation or intellectual property rights. Any secondary use (outside the educational or promotional context) will require specific written authorization from the participant concerned.

Withdrawal or Limitation of Consent
Participants may request, for legitimate reasons, the withdrawal or limitation of the use of their image or artwork by contacting janine-gallizia.com at the following address: [contact@janinegallizia.com]. However, images or artwork already publicly disseminated prior to the request for withdrawal cannot be retroactively removed.

Termination

We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site or any part of the Site at any time without notice. Refund Policy

The Customer has the right to request a refund for the purchased Service within the first 14 days after purchasing the Service.  Products excluded from the right of withdrawal: in accordance with the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for audio or video recordings or computer software unsealed by the customer. Any subscription taken out may not be cancelled before its term. You also acknowledge that no withdrawal period is applicable to the sale of dematerialised or digitised books or works, on a unitary basis (i.e. excluding subscriptions), as the sending of the link(s) enabling the digital file(s) to be downloaded is, by its very nature, irreversible. You also understand that your order for books or dematerialised or digitised works will be considered firm as soon as it has been confirmed and may not give rise to any exchange or refund.

All refund requests are accepted only in writing and only through the Сontractor’s email contact@janinegallizia.com.

The refund request must be accompanied by a photocopy of the applicant's identity document and a screenshot of the payment document confirming the payment, in PDF or JPEG format.

The decision to approve or deny the refund is made by the Contractor within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment the relevant Customer request is received.

If the refund request is approved, the Customer’s access to the materials will be terminated within 1 (one) business day from the date the Contractor sends the Client the decision on the refund. 

If the Customer has valid reasons, the Parties may agree to replace one Service with another.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by means of negotiations.

In case of not reaching an agreement between the Parties all disputes are dealt with by the courts, in accordance with respective law. The only competent courts will be the French courts within the territorial jurisdiction of the site owner's domicile.
